If I Am Hoping and Wishing on Lies

Yoga is my hobby of the moment now. To clarify, I’ve watched a few yoga videos in the past two weeks. (I’m no master.) It’s mainly to help my back and neck pain and become slightly more flexible. I know people have said yoga helps with anxiety, but that’s a side benefit for me. I just don’t want to be in pain each day of the week.
